The wireless network at GAI, provided by MCAA, gives anyone with a proper
wireless network card and a computer access to the public Internet. This service
is available throughout most of the terminal building and at many points outside the
terminal (your mileage may vary).
Although you don't necessarily have to be an MCAA member to access the wireless network, we thought that the Members Only section would be a great place to put the wireless network setup information; as a convenience to our members.
For wireless access you will need an 802.11 B or G wireless card. You can connect to any access point whose SSID Name starts with 'MCAA'. To configure your computer, you will need the following information:
- SSID Name = MCAA XXXXX
- Encryption = WEP 128 bits, shared key = mcaawosat7940 or 6d 63 61 61 77 6f 73 61 74 37 39 34 30 (hexidecimal)
Use the same shared encryption key. Access point with names that do not start with 'MCAA' belong to a business on the field, and are not for public use.
