Annual Picnic & Open House - Saturday 9/12 Articles / Events Date: Aug 21, 2009 - 05:05 PM It's that time of year again... for pilots, friends, neighbors and family to reunite at the Montgomery County Airpark. Please join us on Saturday, September 12 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. for this special annual event, sponsored by MCAA and our resident flying clubs. As always there will be free food and beverages, music, aircraft displays and fly-bys, and plenty of activities for the kids including the ever popular paper airplane contest. We're also very excited to have History Flight as our special guest this year. Members of this Florida based not-for-profit aviation organization will be bringing their carefully restored and maintained B25 and T6 aircraft for display and, weather permitting, rides.
